Bulgari Resort Bali - Uluwatu (Bali)

It has world class facilities and services with amazing sightseeing! Lovely villa!

However, it was quite annoying me to confirm our booking via Booked.net to Bvlgari. Every terms and conditions mentioned in Booked.net were commented by them and it took quite long time to make sure they accepted the terms and conditions I got from Booked.net. Everything was finally clear at the last minute of my check-in. Hopefully the quality of their reservation desk service improves more.

the private beach is spetacular. Together with along the resort cliff-sea-sky view, the views are astonishingly majestic. Food are deliciously and beautifully cooked and served. What I like most? The peace of mind and the very kind and helpful 24h butler service

Excellent staff services, quiet and not so crowded, food is alright but little bit expansive, the beach is excellent!

Many small insects friends in the villa especially on the bed. The twin bed room, the bed is too small. Need to carry out some detailed maintanence work at the villa.

満足度は高いホテルでした。 私は英語が話せませんが日本人スタッフも常駐していて不便さはないです。ビィラの完成度も高く静かにホテルに籠り静かな時の流れを感じるには最高だった思います。ゴンドラで降りるプライベートビーチも良かったです。

イタリアンレストランが味と接客の面で物足りない感じでした 価格は低めに設定しているようですが、もう少し高くても味のクオリティは上げて欲しいと感じました。 接客も高級感を出そうとの事かもしれませんが勘違い高級感のように感じました、リゾートでの高級感を模索した方が良いかな。 田舎の自称高級レストランといった表現がピッタリでした。

バカンスで過ごすリゾートとしては圧巻。 街中からは遠いが、すべての部屋が独立したコテージで広いテラスや小さなプールがついており、完全なプライバシーを保たれていて街へは出かけずに、部屋でゆったりと2，3日過ごすべきホテル。 バスタイムもゆったり時間をかけて満喫したい。 ホテル内のセレクトショップも魅力的。

虫よけのスプレーは部屋に用意されているが、できれば蚊取り線香などがあると、就寝中やテラスでの時間に不快な思いをせずにすみそう。
